Rogue’s day-to-day operations are led by an executive team with a long history of community involvement and service.
Education – Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated with Highest Honors from Western CUNA Management School and received the prestigious Charlie Clark Memorial Award. Matt also holds the Certified Chief Executive designation from the Credit Union Executives Society CEO Institute.
Rogue Experience – Matt joined Rogue in 2004 to manage the Information Services Department. In the years that followed, he served as Vice President of Sales and Operations (2005), Chief Operations Officer (2007), Chief Financial Officer (2008), and Executive Vice President (2011). After becoming the EVP/Chief Operating Officer (2017), Matt assumed the role of President/CEO in 2022.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Matt is very involved in the local community. He has served on the Medford School District’s Facilities Optimization Committee, the Rogue Community College (RCC) Budget Committee, the Jackson County Budget Committee, the Central Point City Council, the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, and the Board of Directors for Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Incorporated (SOREDI).
Matt also serves on state and national committees that support the credit union movement. Some of these include the GoWest Governmental Affairs Committee, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) and the Credit Union National Association Regulatory Affairs Committee. He represents Oregon on the Board of Directors for the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Des Moines and is a faculty member of the Western Credit Union Management School at Pomona College.
Matt has received several notable awards throughout his career, including the Charlie Clark Award, the Credit Union Association of Oregon (CUAO) Young Professional of the Year award, the Heidemann Scholar award and the Credit Union Rock Star award from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
Education - Jeanne received her bachelor’s in business administration with a certificate in finance and economics from Southern Oregon University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. She also graduated with honors from Western CUNA Management School.
Rogue Experience - Jeanne began her career at Rogue in 2000 as a teller, steadily advancing through leadership positions. In 2011, she became Vice President of Marketing and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2015. In 2024, she was named Executive Vice President.
Key Roles and Accomplishments - Jeanne oversees a broad range of areas, including Branch and Remote Delivery, Facilities, Loyalty, Employee Services, Development and Marketing. Her leadership has earned her recognition, including Rogue’s Leadership Focus Award and the Marketing Department Team Award.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Jeanne is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the La Clinica Board of Directors and the Asante Finance Committee. She has previously served on the boards of Kid Time, Crime Stoppers and Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. Jeanne also dedicates time to coaching youth sports.
Education – Blake earned his Master of Accountancy at Brigham Young University. He received his CPA designation in 2001.
Rogue Experience – Blake joined Rogue in 2013 as the Vice President of Finance. In 2014, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Blake oversees the Investment Services and Finance/Accounting departments, which include the investment, asset-liability management and business analysis functions of the credit union. Blake has over 25 years of experience in financial services, previously holding roles as an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte, as well as Controller and Treasurer at two different community banks.
Blake serves on the Jackson County Budget Stabilization Committee and has contributed to various community boards, including Dogs for Better Lives and a homeless shelter for women and children. Blake has also volunteered with United Way, Junior Achievement and youth soccer.
Education – Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University. He also graduated from Western CUNA Management School (WCMS) with High Honors and is listed on the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Academic Hall of Fame.
Rogue Experience – Jeff joined Rogue in 2015 as the Chief Information Officer.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Jeff oversees Projects and Strategic Execution, Deposit Operations, Payment Services, Internal Support, Digital Experience, Information Security, Information Technology and Enterprise Risk Management. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, he has expertise in the financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, eCommerce and aviation industries, including senior roles at a Fortune 50 company.
Education – Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Portland State University, followed by an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Southern Oregon University. He also completed a Graduate Certificate in Financial and Executive Management through the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
In addition, Scott has completed extensive professional training in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) through national conferences, professional organizations, and continuing education programs. He is recognized as a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert by the Credit Union National Association in partnership with the Rochdale Group and holds the NAFCU Certified Risk Manager (NCRM) credential. Scott is also a Certified Scrum Master and holds certifications in RSA’s Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions.
Rogue Experience – Scott joined Rogue Credit Union in 2015 as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, bringing more than a decade of experience in risk management, analytics and operational leadership within the credit union industry. In 2019, he expanded his responsibilities to include leadership of the organization’s Business Intelligence function and was promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Insights.
In 2021, Scott was promoted to Senior Vice President of Analytics and Enterprise Risk Management. That year, he joined Rogue’s Leadership Team, where he led enterprise data, analytics and risk management functions. In 2026, Scott joined the Executive Team as Chief Experience Officer, responsible for advancing Rogue’s strategy to deliver exceptional member experiences across all channels.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – As Chief Experience Officer, Scott oversees Digital Experience, Marketing, Facilities and Member Experience—including Branch Member Services and Member Service Centers—helping to ensure Rogue Credit Union consistently delivers exceptional service while supporting members on their journey to financial well-being.
Throughout his career, Scott has built a reputation for improving organizational performance through data-driven decision-making, strategic leadership and forward-looking risk management. Prior to joining Rogue, he held a variety of leadership and analytical roles at a regional credit union, including positions in business analysis, contact center operations and enterprise solutions, ultimately serving as Director of Risk Management.
Scott is also active in both professional and community service. He serves as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for the Mt. Ashland Association, participates in the GoWest Association’s Regulatory Advocacy Subcommittee and previously served on the board of the Ashland Woodland Trails Association.
Education – Marcus earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Corban University. He also graduated from Western CUNA Management School (WCMS) and holds a CUNA Business School Certification.
Rogue Experience – Marcus joined Rogue in 2026 as Chief Lending Officer.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Marcus oversees Mortgage Services, Consumer Lending, Business Services and Asset Protection. With more than 24 years of experience in financial services, he has led consumer, real estate and commercial lending initiatives. He has also implemented major system enhancements and strengthened risk and credit practices.
Education - Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Leadership from Southern Oregon University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Laura also graduated from Western CUNA Management School. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Purdue University.
Rogue Experience - Laura joined Rogue as the Mortgage Delivery Supervisor (2012) and was promoted to Mortgage Delivery Manager that same year. In 2014, she was promoted to Vice President of Loyalty. In 2017, Laura’s role was expanded to Vice President of Employee Development & Loyalty. At the end of 2021, Laura was promoted to Rogue’s Leadership Team as the SVP of Loyalty and Employee Experience.
Key Roles and Accomplishments - Together with the Leadership Team, Laura inspires a passion for the credit union’s loyalty culture. She leads the Employee Services, Employee Development and Loyalty teams to ensure the disciplined execution of organizational objectives. Laura’s role is focused on setting the strategy for the organization’s Talent and Employee Experience strategic driver. She leads the passionate pursuit of exceptional member and team member service to achieve Rogue’s vision of The Most Loyal Members in the Nation!
Laura was recognized with the Leader FOCUS award in 2014 and 2018, serving on the CEO Advisory Council. In 2019, the Employee Development and Loyalty teams received the 212 Degree FOCUS award. In 2025, the Employee Services team received the Internal Team FOCUS award.
Laura serves on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and on the Chamber’s Legislative Action Team. She is also a member of the Medford Rotary Club. She previously served on the executive board for the “Miss Oregon Volunteer” state scholarship pageant and on the Craterian Performances Board.
Laura also helps lead Rogue’s government affairs. She contributes to the GoWest Credit Union Association’s advocacy efforts with elected officials in Oregon, Idaho and Washington, D.C. In 2025, Laura was appointed by America’s Credit Unions as the PAC Trustee for Oregon.
Education - Rob earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Western Governors University and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
Rogue Experience - Rob joined Rogue in 2013 as the Dealer Relationship Manager. In 2014, he became Consumer Loan Center Manager before earning the Vice President of Consumer Lending title in 2015. Rob was promoted to Senior Vice President of Consumer and Mortgage Lending in 2021.
Key Roles and Accomplishments - Rob oversees the Consumer Lending and Underwriting, Lending Services, Asset Protection/Member Solutions, Indirect Dealer Center and Mortgage teams. In 2013, the Dealer Center was recognized with Rogue’s 212 Degree Award for its efforts in record-breaking loan growth. Rob received Rogue’s Leader Focus Award in 2015.
He volunteered with Junior Achievement and served on the local Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club and Red Cross. He has also served on the Advisory Committee of the Medford Chamber.
Education - Krista has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Southern Oregon University. She graduated from CUNA Management School with High Honors and holds a Certified Credit Union Executive designation. She is also a graduate of the Chamber of Medford & Jackson County's Leadership Program.
Rogue Experience - Krista joined Rogue in 2015 to lead the Marketing Department. She became Senior Vice President of Marketing and Facilities in 2021.
Key Roles and Accomplishments - Krista leads the Marketing and Facilities teams. Prior to joining Rogue, she spent nine years in direct marketing. She received Rogue's President's Award and, under her leadership, the Facilities team received the Internal Team Award.
Krista has volunteered on the Oregon Wine Experience Marketing Committee and with the Providence Festival of Trees. She previously served as Finance Chair for The Young Professionals Network.
Education – Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana State University.
Rogue Experience – Mike joined Rogue in 2016 to oversee the Project Management team. In 2021, he became Senior Vice President of Strategic Execution.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Mike sets and implements the strategic vision for the Strategic Execution, Payment Services, Deposit Operations and Internal Support departments. He has over 25 years of experience, including 20 years in project/portfolio management roles. Mike spent nine years with the Weyerhaeuser Company Information Technology department before moving to strategic planning and management roles at Indiana State University.
Education – Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Oregon University.
Rogue Experience – Ben joined Rogue in January of 2018 to lead the Software Development team. In 2021, Ben became Vice President of Software and Data Engineering. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Ben oversees the operations of the credit union’s Information Technology Services, Enterprise Analytics and AI. He graduated with honors from Western CUNA Management School, where he earned the Rick Craig Award for strategic project excellence. Ben is also a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE).
Ben has over 20 years of experience in software and technology, including five years building Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment systems. Prior to Rogue, he spent ten years at Southern Oregon ESD, managing technology and internet infrastructure for the 85 K-12 schools across Southern Oregon. In 2021, Ben received Rogue’s President’s Award.
Education – Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Sociology from the University of Oregon. She also earned a graduate certificate in Financial and Executive Management at Pacific Coast Banking School.
Rogue Experience – Kellie joined Rogue in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Kellie oversees Rogue’s branches, Contact Center, Remote Delivery, online lending and phone loans. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Rogue Valley Mentoring, an organization that supports local youth. Before joining Rogue, Kellie spent 20 years with Umpqua Bank in Northern California and Nevada, overseeing their branch network.
Education – Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland College and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a graduate of the National Credit Union Foundation’s Development Education program, Filene Research Group’s i3 program and the Leadership Redding program.
Rogue Experience – Caroline joined Rogue in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Administration and Strategic Initiatives following the merger with Members 1st Credit Union.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Caroline leads cross-functional strategic initiatives that provide long-term value across the organization. She's spent over 35 years working for credit unions across the country, overseeing Operations, Innovation, Marketing, Technology, Risk Management, Payment Systems, Branch Operations, Facilities, Lending and Compliance.
Caroline is actively involved in the credit union movement. She serves on the CU League and DFPI advisory boards, and co-leads the Sacramento Sister Society Global Women’s Leadership Network. Previously, she served on advisory boards for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), National Credit Union Foundation, CUNA Mutual and Wisconsin Credit Union League.
Education – Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Oregon University, graduating summa cum laude in 1997. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1999. He is also a graduate of the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County Leadership program.
Rogue Experience – Jason started his career at Rogue Credit Union while he was a student at South Medford High School. For his senior project, he founded the credit union’s first student branch and served as the first Student Branch Manager.
In college, Jason worked at Rogue as a Teller, Information Systems Operator and Accounting Specialist. In 2023, Jason returned to Rogue as Vice President of Accounting/Finance. In 2025, Jason also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer for Members 1st Credit Union prior to their merger with Rogue. Jason became Senior Vice President of Finance and Risk in 2026.
Key Roles and Accomplishments – Jason oversees the Finance, Accounting, Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance teams. He focuses on balance sheet management for the credit union.
Jason spent over 25 years in public accounting before returning to Rogue Credit Union. During that time, he provided audit, tax and consulting services for clients in the financial services, not-for-profit, manufacturing and consumer products industries. He also served as the Partner In Charge of the Medford office for Moss Adams, a top 15 CPA firm.
Jason is passionate about community involvement and financial well-being. Since 2002, he has worked with United Way of Jackson County. He has served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors, Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee, and as a member of the Executive, Personnel and CEO Search Committees.
Jason is also involved with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), an organization that prepares income tax returns at no cost for low- and moderate-income individuals. Jason served on the Budget Committee for the Central Point School District for 15 years and previously served on the Board of Directors of Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI).
